There is a lot of useful information between the covers of this book and it was a great help but I'm left with this vague sense of having missed something even though I read it cover to cover. Take a class, too. This is a good reference written by a person who knows what they are talking about. This book was not at all what I expected it to be. Sometimes undertaking an arduous physical challenge helps alleviate the emotional pain following loss. Most of the memoir we experience a real egotist who portrays himself as catnip to the ladies which is as baffling as why he would even have friends.
