Paper is glossy, but thin. Bill Brockton. Some things, like the subject of this book, are worth discipline and long term practice. I have been forced into process management through circumstances at work and was not looking forward to the field. I found the book to be pretty straightforward and easy to read. They were working musicians trying to satisfy an overwhelming demand for live entertainment in an era where there was no television, and radio was in its infancy. I was highly entertained by some of the facts and descriptions of a few of the horses described as well as circumstances leading up to, during and after the "cure".
