This book is number four in a series I've been following since the beginning! :)It was very well written, as I expected, and I enjoyed it very much! One of the major points in the plot, (no spoilers here!) was something that I was quite torn about. He also intertwines their stories into the impact they made on the United States government.. All of this helps better to understand Alexander II. If a free agent acts in an unethical manner nothing will soften the landing. I agree that the stories are "old fashioned," though even as I write this, I'm not sure exactly why. The final straw was the author's description of how she jealously guards her Linkedin contacts only accepting connections from those she deems worthy of joining her snobby inner circle. And if you're someone who knows someone looking for a job, it's a great gift to send them. My 7 year old sons love this book! They think it's hilarious! They read it over and over again!.
