But, it is so well designed and written that the previous edition has served me as an invaluable reference for years as a professional mariner.I am a U.S. Iktomi, The trickster of the Lakota, is up to his old tricks. He speaks from his own experiences with having diabetes, and provides so much useful information.I feel like this book would help people who have been living with diabetes for a while, too - Gary presents a ton of new info. It was the best book, it taught me so much. One of the best Paleo Diet Books that I've read
