One of the other reviewers called this book excrement, and I suppose I would agree that a couple of the stories within were bad enough to merit that designation. So he tries to get him back.Now you know the calvary is coming, they just don’t ride on horseback in this one.I really love this series. This means that his body can encounter present physical barriers that did not exist in the past, and vice versa. That makes for some oddly humorous, as well as dangerous scrapes for the hero. And in another interesting twist, while his mind is firmly experiencing past events, his body remains in the present, walking around the same terrain that his mind is exploring in the past. He just wants to save him from himself because of the kind of men he falls for and save him from those same men.Tristan is a bright light when he’s allowed to shine. While I gained a lot of clues, I still feel that I need to read another book in order to really know what I'm doing.
