This book's utility ranges from just a curious beachwalker all the way to a professional mariner, and everyone in between who has ever looked out on a river, bay, or ocean at some unusually shaped vessel and wondered, "What kind of ship is that, and what does it do?"This superb text, an improved second edition, includes every possible working vessel, power or sail, and many configurations of pleasure craft. The narrative is so totally scattered that I gave the author the benefit of the doubt thinking "he is writing as if we are inside his head, getting bits and pieces of his disconnected life just as he experienced it." Sadly, that was not his intention. This was the the book my Piano Teacher started me on. Each I like very much Great reading. He deftly describes the kindness and love of his friends and family. Amazing book, if you are searching to better understanding on how to better meditation/prayer this is it, specially if a woman since is directed to us girls. I liked that there were enough for the reader to gain something from, but that you didn't feel like you had to do an activity in every single chapter. First, the book's
