A friend of mine recommended that I read some of Gary Scheiner's books, so I bought Until There Is a Cure and got started.I had spoken to doctors, and spent hours on the Internet, but no resource I found or person I talked to was more understanding or approachable than Gary, and I've never even met him!He really lays everything out - he doesn't just talk about medicine and technology, but also other factors that affect people with diabetes, like exercise, stress, and other health complications. This anthology was packed full of goodies; (Vital to Him) was my favorite story. Not for the lay person. He deftly describes the kindness and love of his friends and family.
