I really had high hopes for this memoir after reading a blurb in Vanity Fair. But there was never segregation among the populace. BUT not enough for 3.99.Spark or Val was funny. And the recipes are great, although you have to be prepared to do some work in home to eat these. I have not much else to add, rapid delivery and product was in perfect shape, thank you.. The author explains her self very well and is easy to read.. I love opera, and I also like boxing, but it would be foolish of me to try to devote an entire book to the parallels, real or imagined, between the two. My 7 year old sons love this book! They think it's hilarious! They read it over and over again!. Fowler did a good job to show how difficult it is for Christians to resist the devil, but very happy to see how we can go to God for wisdom.. I won't bother to repeat other reviews as to plot, etc, but just say that if you enjoy alternate history, you won't go wrong with this book.. Though both the North and South banned the enlistment of anyone under the age of 18, thousands of boys and some girls as young as ten fought during the Civil War. I also suggest that you consider the thinking in ChangeWave Investing as a test on your ideas drawn from this book.Well done!
